Secunda’s Suikerbekkies learn chocolate apply techniques
The next Suikerbekkies meeting will happen on April 10.
It was a sweet affair for members of the Secunda Suikerbekkies who met at the NG Gemeente, Goedehoop, on March 13.
Members were shown techniques when applying melted chocolate to bubble wrap, which was then wrapped around the cake and left to set.
It took a steady hand and a bit of patience when removing the bubble wrap, which left some beautiful imprints of bubbles.
Some members opted for a more smoother mold and applied their own creativity. Members are reminded of the next meeting on April 10.
