Emergency services responded to the scene of an accident involving two vehicles this morning (February 3) at around 06:30, at the intersection of Walter Sisulu Street and Oliver Tambo Drive in Secunda.

According to information received on the scene, one of the motorists suffered a seizure, crashed into a vehicle, and came to a standstill when he crashed into a tree.

The man was stabilized and taken to the hospital for further treatment.

The other motorist was uninjured.

While emergency services were attending to this scene, moments later, another accident occurred involving two vehicles.

The cause is unknown. No injuries were reported.
