Ermelo residents have their say

As July is Saving's Month, Highvelder asked the residents of Ermelo how they saved their money.

I save my money by not buying expensive clothes and shoes, it is unnecessary. I don’t need all these things, so my money is saved.

Instead of buying unnecessary luxuries, I stick to the budget by buying basic products and in that way i save a whole lot.

I have many jobs that generate more income for me so that I never run out of money. That is how I make sure I never run out of money

In my small business I save R50 every day I can. At the end of the month this amounts to R500. I put in my supersave account and there it gains interest.

I make sure I save at least R200 every month, which I put in a separate bank account and condition myself not to even touch.
