SECUNDA – The last Waypoint Nite Race took place at the Sasol Recreation Club on Wednesday, 10 October.
The sponsorship for the race was for 10 years and it was the 10th Waypoint Nite Race.
Katlego Moloi was the winner among the men in the open category. His time was 32 min 12 sec.

Hlokomelo Sehlabi was the first woman in the open category to cross the finish line and her time was 40 min 40 sec.
Aldrin Willemse of Secunda Marathon Club was the first junior man to cross the finish line and he completed the 10km in 36 min 19 sec, while Sehlabi also took the place for the first woman in the junior category.
Graham Malinga was the first man over 40 and finished the race in 33 min 12 sec, while Helena Joubert of Sasol Marathon Club was the first woman over 40 and her time was 40 min 49 sec.
Izaac Mahlangu of Sasol Marathon Club was the first man over 50 with a time of 40 min 39 sec and Marthie Harmse of Secunda Marathon Club was the first woman over 50 with a time of 48 min 30 sec.
Gideon Radbe was the first man over 60 to cross the finish line and his time was 41 min 9 sec and Erika Swart of Bethal Marathon Club was the first woman over 60 with a time of 50 min 38 sec.
