Local tennis players excel at Growthpoint senior tournament in Nelspruit
Development players play at provincial level
SECUNDA – Local tennis players, Elliot Skosana and Philly le Roux, are part of the Mpumalanga team that recently won the Growthpoint Senior Inter-provincial Tennis Tournament in Nelspruit.
The Mpumalanga team finished second in the 55B and men’s only sections.
The junior tennis players took part in the Inter-provincial Tennis Tournament in Pretoria and Bloemfontein and six players from Secunda took part in the tournament.
They are W. Rossuw, Sbusiso Mkhonza, Simphiwe Sithebe, Gugu Semino, C. Rossouw and Sphamandla Nkosi.
