Martin Vilakazi from Standerton has no illusions about the gruelling route for the Comrades Marathon this year and trains religiously to be in tip-top shape.
Athletes will be out of the blocks at the Durban City Hall on 9 June at 5.30am and finish at the Scottsville Race Course in Pietermaritzburg.
