EVANDER – Mr Ntokozo Mwelase will be hosting the Total Wellness and Fitness Challenge on Saturday 21 November at Evander Lapa.

The event will begin at 7.30am and entrance fee is R150.

The challenge is an initiative that equips fitness lovers and ordinary people who are interested in improving their fitness and healthy lifestyles.

This will include personal growth and development empowerment sessions as well as engaging attendees socially in mind-stimulating games such as fun team building activities.

Mr Mwelase is a group fitness instructor, a personal trainer, a South African Man Of The Year Award winner for Leadership and Youth Development 2018/19 and Man Of The Year finalist 2019/20.

He is also a life coach and a motivational speaker.

He said this initiative is packaged to empower attendees’ wellness and fitness mentally, physically and spiritually.

“It’s an exclusive and special addition to fitness and health.

“We are targeting all local gyms and sports teams in and around Govan Mbeki Municipality from age of 18 upwards, men and women.

“We are also targeting ordinary community members who want to start their fitness journey after the strict lockdown regulations.

“To complete our program we then engage our participants in an Epic Work out session offering different workouts like Hi-Lo and Box by different professional instructors.”

People can register in teams or clubs or individually by emailing to ntokozo@futureshapers.co.za or sending a WhatsApp to 0728181872.
