Golfers compete in Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament at Graceland Hotel, Casino and Country Club in Secunda
Proceeds collected from the tournament will go to three primary schools in GMM in the form of winter clothing and attire.
A total of 117 golfers and five juniors competed in the Money Gamers’ Golf Club’s, inaugural charity golf tournament at Graceland Hotel, Casino and Country Club on Saturday, June 4.
Despite windy conditions, all who competed had a great day of golf.
Proceeds collected from the tournament will go to three primary schools in GMM in the form of winter clothing and attire.
In first place on a score of 80 points were William Senoamadi, Sico Ntlheng and Laver Bryce-Pearce.
Finishing in second place with a score of 74 points were Oupa Mavundla, Graham Cupido, Isaac Mahlangu and TK Madonsela.
Demist Mogafe, Loyiso Barnes, Melusi Mkotong and Nico Mahlaba came in third with a score of 73 points.
Scoring 73 points and in fourth place were Wayethi Mchumane, Herman Ramela, Mzwandile Madi and Duke Maphunye.
Fifth place on 71 points were Lester Fynn, Mxolisi Shiridza, Cosmos Nene and Thami Mashigo.
The longest drive went to Jabu Masango, Kingsley Malaza, Mcedisi Nkalango and Lwazi Mkhonza.
