The Secunda parkrun for this upcoming weekend, October 21, was canceled so that runners and walkers can take part in the Take Heart Half Marathon in celebration of Secunda Mall’s 10th birthday.

The whole family is welcome to take part in a 10km run or a 4.9km fun run or walk that will kick off at 06:00 at Secunda Mall.

This is the mall’s second annual Take Heart Half Marathon and all athletes who complete the run will receive a medal.

The entry fees for the 4.9km run will be donated to the SAVF offices to go towards Secunda’s House of Safety.
