Support the annual Parkview Potjiekos Competition in support of Nicarela Charity

The Parkview Potjiekos Competition promises to offer strong community interest and family entertainment.

Food lovers are invited to the annual Parkview Potjiekos Competition taking place on July 26, at George Hay Park in Parkview.

Hosted by Nicarela Charity, the much-loved community event will feature more than 50 potjie pots, each offering its own unique flavours, themes and secret recipes.

Visitors can purchase a plate for R100, including pap or rice, and sample their favourite pot of the day.

Contestants will begin cooking from early morning, before their creations are judged by an esteemed panel of foodie judges.
