No reason too small for Spar Challenge
ILLOVO - On 12 October thousands of women will take part in the Spar Women’s 10km Challenge and 5km Fun Run.

Every women has her own reason why she’s taking part and Spar has challenged women to run for a cause this year.
Caroline Kgaladi has taken on the challenge and has decided to participate for her own health.
The 60-year old woman is diabetic and has together with her asthmatic daughter Amogelang, participated in more than seven Spar challenges.
“Since we participating in the races we have not suffered any attacks and we look younger too,” she said.
The winner of the Gazette’s first Spar R500 voucher giveaway, Gloria Vellem said entering the Spar 10km walk was about supporting the company’s initiatives that support communities and women.
“Its about fun and meeting new people. It’s time to get out there and test my fitness levels. I am a mom who works out at a gym and has a four-year-old daughter. To start a race and finish it will be a great achievement with my baby next to me,” she said.
