Day two of the King Edward VII Easter Festival
JOBURG - Today marks the kick-off of the second day of the King Edward VII School's Easter Rugby & Hockey Festival at King Edward VII School in Houghton. The rap-up of the first day was a success with a great display of school sport from all the participators.
Students proudly donned their school colours accompanied by a jolly atmosphere that could be felt radiating from the different sports grounds at the school by the spectators.
The main game will take place at 4pm whereby King Edward VII School will take on Rondebosch Boys’ High.
At the 2014 King Edward VII School’s Easter Rugby & Hockey Festival, King Edward VII School beat Rondebosh Boys’ High by 13-3.
The game between the two highly prestigious schools today is expected to be a cracker with both schools winning their first games on day 1 of the festival which took place on 2 April.
King Edward VII School beat Ben Vorster 54-12 and Rondebosch Boys’ High beat Durban High School 20-8.
