SRC President faces criminal charges
JOBURG - After expressing racial slurs on a local radio show, former Wits SRC President Mcebo Dlamini has now been served with criminal charges from the SA Jewish Board of Deputies.
This comes not long after he confessed to love the German dictator Hitler – a comment which placed him in deep waters with the South African public and saw him released from his position at Wits University.
The most recent comment to attract the attention of the Jewish community was a defamatory comment made by Dlamini on Power FM.
“They (Jews) are the devils. They are good for nothing. They are hypocritical, just like Adam Habib (Wits University’s vice-chancellor),” said Dlamini.
Unapologetic Dlamini eagerly commented that he would meet them in court, and even wished that they would commence with court proceedings tomorrow.
A court date is yet to be confirmed.
