Searson said the club knew the importance of having an active and healthy junior section and creating an environment where juniors love playing sport.
“This year we have implemented a new programme for the junior league squad members. It consists of weekly practices and playing opportunities at the club with the purpose of growing each player’s game and skill set,” said Searson.
Players also work as a team and are awarded an equal opportunity to be part of the Sunday league team.
“Well done to the team on the win, it’s a great start for the team and an early boost in their campaign to be promoted to the A division in the Gauteng junior league for next year.”
The junior league will participate in a total of nine matches.
