Youngsters of Parkview Pre-Primary School recently embarked on their annual visit to Melville Koppies Nature Reserve – a school tradition for the past 15 years. The four and five-year-old groups went on different days.

Festivities of the day included storytelling and a guided walk. Before the start of the tour, the rules for walking on the Koppies were discussed.
“The children remember many of the rules from previous visits. It is a fun learning and exploring outing for both children and parents,” said Wendy Carstens from the koppies.
