Police have since said they are investigating the authenticity of the video and will take further action if needed. National Police spokesperson, Brigadier Vishnu Naidoo said the police were also looking into another video resembling similar behaviour by the men in question linked to the actresses.

“We are still looking into this. Firstly the authenticity of [the] videos, followed by possible investigations,” Naidoo said.

On 7 October, Capacity Relationships, on behalf of Nkosi, released a statement stating that Nkosi was simply ‘an innocent bystander’.

The statement continued, “What transpired left Jessica uncomfortable and upset as this is not the company she is used to keeping nor the environment she wishes to associate her personal brand with.”
