A video has surfaced of a horrific mugging that took place in Johannesburg CBD.
The video was posted on various sites including Facebook and Youtube on 11 June. It depicts a couple walking on the corner of Main and Mooi streets in the Johannesburg CBD.
The couple is attacked from behind by four suspects. The female victim was grabbed while the male victim attempts to push the suspects back.
There is a visible struggle with the suspects grabbing the items out of their bags and pockets. It is currently unknown what was stolen.
