On Election Day, SA president, Cyril Ramaphosa took part in a series of Instagram live videos with celebrities urging voters to cast their votes.
During a chat with the president on Instagram live, rap virtuoso, AKA said it was a very historic day and thank the president for the recognition to which Ramaphosa responded with a call for everyone to go out and vote right.
However, in an unexpected turn of events, AKA seized the opportunity to introduce his “woman” to the president, putting an official stamp on his relationship status with DJ Zinhle.
In a swift and almost charismatic manner, the Supamega went on to give Ramaphosa his props for all the work he has done for the country – a co-sign for a continued presidential tenure.
“Doing stuff like this so important for young people in my country, you’re amazing for doing stuff like this. Thank you for everything you’re doing for the country and I know you’re going to lead us into a prosperous next five years and beyond,” AKA said.
Ramaphosa also had live chats with DJ Tira and Bonang.
