Four suspects have been arrested and detained at Johannesburg Central Police Station for allegedly fraudulently making local and foreign number plates, vehicle license discs, temporary licences, identity documents, passports, learners licenses, driving licenses and traffic registers.
Johannesburg Metro Police Department chief of police David Tembe said the Integrated Intelligent Operation Centre Reaction Unit arrested four suspects at Bree and Sauer streets in the inner city for fraud on Thursday (30 May).

“Officers received a tip-off about the fraudulent activities and upon arrival, found one of the suspects processing documents for a customer,” Tembe said in a statement.
