Former Parktonian girl leads women’s team to Cosafa Cup
PARKTOWN – A former learner at Parktown Girls got praises and acknowledgement from her former school for her successful soccer career.
Old girl from Parktown High School for Girls, Shakeerah Jacobs, is doing extremely well at the start of her professional soccer career. She has, once again, been selected for the South African U20 Women’s National Team, and scored the winning goal against Namibia which helped them qualify for the semi-final in the Council of Southern Africa Football Associations (Cosafa) Cup.
