DSJ learners give to pets in need

PARKTOWN – The donations were used to feed hungry cats and dogs in shelters across Johannesburg.

The Deutsche Internationale Schule Johannesburg (DSJ) arranged a Christmas Pet Food Drive late last year in aid of the Animal Anti-Cruelty League of Johannesburg (AACL)

Marketing and public relations manager at the school Savo Ceprnich said, “Despite the tough economic climate and Covid-19 restrictions, the school community were extremely generous in their support of the dogs and cats at the AACL.”

The donations were collected in December in time for the festive season. Donations were used to feed hungry cats and dogs in shelters across Johannesburg.
