DSJ volleyball girls are victorious
PARKTOWN – The school congratulates their volleyball team on this outstanding achievement.
The Deutsche Internationale Schule‘s U16 volleyball team were recently crowned champions at the U16 Ladies Goliath League.
The extramural coordinator at the school Silke Trummer said that on March 5, the team won their semi-final against Jeppe Girls in two straight sets before meeting their opponents from HeronBridge College in the final. Again, they won in two straight sets.
Trummer congratulates the team and the coaches rejoice Mzusu and Lee Fatah.
Team members included: Antonia Steinmüller, Lena Bachmeier, Anika Fröhlich, Katelynn Strydom, Emily Schöer, Leruo Sekele, Ntsako Mathebula and Tshegofatso Ramatlo.
