REEA Foundation encourages waste management through shredding

The REEA Foundation is a registered NPO with a focus on maintaining a residential care facility for adults living with epilepsy and associated illness.

REEA Foundation asks the community to donate unwanted documents suitable for shredding.

The foundation is undertaking a shredding initiative aimed at promoting sustainability and responsible waste management.

Social worker, Elinor Demetrio, said, “In this regard, we are reaching out to schools and corporate entities in our community to kindly consider donating any unwanted documents that may be suitable for shredding. Your contribution will not only support our cause but also foster a greener environment by ensuring the secure disposal of sensitive information.”

REEA understands the importance of confidentiality and assures donors that their shredding processes adhere to the highest standards of data protection. Additionally, they [foundation] can provide a certificate of destruction for your records upon request.

Demetrio thanks the community that has supported the foundation in the past and continues to do so. “Their support has brought joy in the lives of our beneficiaries and has made this initiative possible and successful.”
