We recently achieved a significant milestone and collected three prestigious awards including the Best of Joburg 2024 award for Best Nail bar, along with two awards at the Ekurhuleni 2024 Awards for Best Nail bar and Best Beauty Mecca. This recognition underscores our commitment to excellence in the beauty industry.
Our vision is to deliver the ultimate beauty and grooming experience for our guests in warm, inviting salons staffed by highly skilled professionals. We also offer a handy app that can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store or the Sorbet website. This provides access to all of our 190 salons around the country and delivers an intimate level of engagement and convenience.
Easy to navigate, it enables guests to check the availability of their favourite therapists, stylists and nail technicians; book or reschedule appointments; view and download their service histories; buy gift cards; check their loyalty points; use loyalty points towards the cost of their treatments; earn rewards for referring friends; and update their personal details quickly and easily.
We also host the annual Sorbet Beauty Fair and Sorbet Man Grooming Fair in all of our salons and offer extended hours on the first Thursday of every month, giving both ladies and gents the convenience of being able to get their glam on after regular business hours.
Dedicated to a holistic way of doing business, we are passionate about elevating individuals, families and communities too. We strive to make a meaningful difference to society through two key initiatives: our empowerment initiative, called Sorbet Empowering Wo+Men, and our entrepreneurship incubator, Sorbet-Preneur. In addition, we partner with People Opposing Women Abuse (POWA) to raise awareness of gender-based violence (GBV) during the annual 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign.
