Family Life Centre in Parkwood invites all to walk

The Mental Health Breakfast Walk by Family Life Centre in partnership with aQuelle will commence from the Zoo Lake in Parkview.

The Family Life Centre in Parkwood is inviting all to the upcoming Mental Health Breakfast Walk. Executive director of the centre Jennifer Papers said the walk, in partnership with aQuelle on October 29, will commence from the Zoo Lake and pets and children are welcome.

The cost will be R150 per person for 13 years and older; and R70 per child from four to 12 years old with group and family discounts as well as elderly specials available.

Activities include yoga, walking, meditating, face painting, jumping castle, a big hearty breakfast and a kiddies art corner.

Activities will be from 08:00 to 11:00.
