Pink was the colour of the day at Hyde Park, Nu Metro.
Nu Metro Hyde Park’s held a “Go pink and fabulous with Barbie” pre-release screening for Barbie lovers.
Go pink and fabulous with Barbie at Nu Metro Hyde Park’s Pink Night pre-release screening had a great turnout on July 20, the day before the official worldwide release. Barbie fans came looking like their icon in pink.
The night started with welcoming drinks while people were socializing with Barbie posters and paraphernalia around them. The night was blessed by the new Mrs. South Africa 2023, Palesa Matjekane.
The luxurious VIP cinemas at Nu Metro Hyde Park feature full-reclining seats, an in-cinema restaurant and a licensed bar lounge for a more intimate, exclusive entertainment experience.
The highly anticipated new comedy adventure, Barbie, tells the story of Barbie (Margot Robbie) and Ken (Ryan Gosling), who are having the time of their lives in the colourful and seemingly perfect world of Barbie Land. However, when Barbie is expelled from Barbie Land for not being perfect enough, they get a chance to go on an adventure to the real world and, soon discover the joys and perils of living among humans.
