Council calls Ward 90 residents to elect new committee member
Ward 90 residents have been asked to attend a special public meeting to vote in a ward committee member.
Councillor Nobuhle Mthembu, office of the speaker of council, has called on Ward 90 residents to attend a meeting to elect a new ward committee member.
The meeting will be held on May 21 at the Pear Tree Venue at 17:00.
While the Ward 90 committee was recently voted in, one position in the Economic Development Department has not yet been filled.
Only residents over the age of 18 and registered in Ward 90 are eligible to vote in these elections.
This meeting provides an opportunity for residents to participate in the decision-making process and elect a representative to fill the Economic Development position.
