City Power teams tackle faults in Craighall Park and Dunkeld West
City Power technicians are on site in Marlborough Avenue, Craighall Park, addressing a second fault linked to a pole fire, while residents in both areas await resolution of persistent outages.
City Power has deployed its test branch team to locate and repair a secondary fault on Marlborough Avenue in Craighall Park following a pole fire yesterday. This comes after earlier restoration efforts, with teams now working as of midday on June 5.

The dedicated crew is simultaneously managing this issue alongside the longstanding outage affecting Kent Road in Dunkeld West. Once work at the Marlborough Avenue site is complete, the team will proceed directly to the Kent Road location.

Residents have endured extended disruptions in both suburbs, prompting ongoing intervention from City Power. Councillor Renate van Onselen, who provided the update, confirmed the teams’ focus on resolving these persistent problems for affected households and businesses.
