A summer’s splash

ROSEBANK – Kingsmead College participated in all three sections of the Summer Splash event, namely diving, swimming and water polo.

The St Mary’s School annual Summer Splash hosted 10 schools and participants took part in diving, swimming and water polo.

Kingsmead College participated in the swimming, which was a combined junior and senior school event. The Kingsmead swimming team finished in sixth position. The water polo team finished fifth out of eight schools and in the diving, they placed fourth out of seven schools.

Kingsmead’s Sarah Benning came first in the U16 diving and Olivia van Vollenhoven placed second in the open section.
