The SA Weather Service press release indicates that the entity is monitoring a cut-off low pressure system which will affect multiple parts of the country including Gauteng.
Here are some ways to keep warm:

2) Block gaps and air leaks in windows and doors to cut out draughts
3) Hot water bottles are a great way to keep warm and conserves electricity
