LINMEYER – Primary and High School learners, as well as teachers and parents, were spoilt for choice when it came to the selection of books to choose from. As part of the school’s outreach programme, a portion of the funds raised was used to purchase library books for the children from Rosettenville Central Primary School. On Wednesday March 5, Marist Brothers Linmeyer learners, parents and teachers celebrated Ash Wednesday by receiving ashes on their heads. Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the season of Lent which prepares us for Christ’s resurrection on Easter Sunday.
