Show your support for Rotary blanket drive
Your support will be appreciated by the many people who, during this coming winter, will not have the warmth other people enjoy.
JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – Rotary Club of Johannesburg South 101 is appealing to all businesses and individual donors of Southern Johannesburg for assistance in raising funds towards the purchasing of blankets.
Blankets will be distributed to needy groups in the Southern Johannesburg area, which include the elderly and infirm, homes for abandoned children, church distribution initiatives, street children and schools where poor needy children are identified.
How do you participate? Pledge R50 towards the purchase of a blanket or pledge as much as you would like to offer in support of the blanket drive. The Rotary Club will procure the blankets with the funds raised and the blankets will be distributed by mid-July.
