Mark Reconciliation Day with a picnic with a twist

On the bill for the event are top hip hop artists including Cassper Nyovest, K.O, Riky Rick, Black Motion (duo), Naakmusiq, K2, Major League DJ’s (duo) and DJ Heavy-k. They will be joined by some of Ekurhuleni’s finest such as DJ Levis, DJ Kgotso M, DJ Lady Du, DJ Mageza and Moscow, and many more.

RECONCILIATION Day on Wednesday, 16 December 2015 will be marked with a vibrant outdoor music event and picnic on the sprawling Festival Lawns at Carnival City. Revelers can enjoy the national holiday languishing under the summer sun while a super-charged line-up of bands, artists and DJs keep them entertained.
On the bill for the event are top hip hop artists including Cassper Nyovest, K.O, Riky Rick, Black Motion (duo), Naakmusiq, K2, Major League DJ’s (duo) and DJ Heavy-k. They will be joined by some of Ekurhuleni’s finest such as DJ Levis, DJ Kgotso M, DJ Lady Du, DJ Mageza and Moscow, and many more.
Tickets to the event are available at Computicket and range on price from R185 per person. The gates will open as 10:00 and the festivities will commence at 10:30.
In true picnic style, guests are invited to bring picnic blankets, folding chairs and umbrellas. Food and refreshments will be on sale. Festival-goers can also bring their own cooler boxes to the event at a fee of R50 per cooler box.
