A day of fun sports
Jozi South ECD Forum together with the Social Service Children’s Unit organised 16 crèches to participate in the fun-filled day.
SOCIAL Service Children’s Unit and Jozi South ECD Forum hosted a sports day (Olympic Games) at Die Fakkel High School on Saturday, September 17.
The event was planned to bring children, parents and principals together to have fun as various games were played on the day from a pillowcase race to spoon and egg race.
Jozi South ECD Forum together with the Social Service Children’s Unit organised 16 crèches to participate in the fun-filled day. The crèches were: Little Bambi Educare, Kiddie Care day care, Little Light House day care, Royal Kids day care, Kideo Kids day care, Alpha and Omega day care, BC day care, Brainyac day care, Lambino day care, Sympathy day care, Total Child day care, Little Stars day care, Jungle Tots day care, Carla Ives day care, Sunflower Kids day care and Good Care day care.
The organisers thanked Sue Davids from Little Bambi Educare for planning the event, Olga Mbanjwa and her team who handled the gate, their social worker Sophie Maake for being a judge and keeping order, Pam Adams for buying necessities and keeping score, Ellen Thibedi for her motivational speech, the parents and teachers.
