COUNCILLOR Sarah Wissler (Ward 23) advises elderly infirm residents, residents in hospital, residents assisting during the election day and residents leaving for holiday (proof needed) will be allowed a special vote on May 6 and 7.
“The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) will be joined by myself and other political parties to observe during this process.
