Call the South to Prayer event supported in Bellavista

Everyone enjoyed the event from young to old warriors.

The Upper Room Christian Centre hosted a successful Call the South to Prayer event recently.

It was attended by many people in Bellavista and ex-gangster Ravi Naidoo shared his testimony.

Jacqolline Crosson from the centre said they thank God for His mighty presence that filled the day.

Families came in numbers to support the prayer day.

“We saw lives changed and hope restored through God’s Grace, forgiveness and mercy. We were so blessed by Naidoo’s testimony from death row to being saved by grace and being used mightily in the Kingdom of God to restore hope and dignity, through teaching and upskilling offenders shunned by society because of their criminal offences.

“We saw men standing together and taking up their positions in their families and the ministry. Not forgetting our little junior warriors who went out into the streets to spread the good news by handing out tracks of salvation to those in the area.

The 129 Generation girls dance group entertaing the audience.

“We would like to give heartfelt thanks to all that came out to support our prayer rally. We had the 129 Generation girls dance group who wage war while dancing, which was in line with the theme of the day. May God bless you and enlarge your territory. God bless the south of Johannesburg,” she said.
