Johannesburg’s waste management company guarantees a clean, hygienic holiday season with uninterrupted refuse collection services.
Pikitup, the City of Johannesburg’s waste management entity, wishes to inform the community that refuse collection will continue as scheduled during the upcoming holidays.
Pikitup commits to ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for all, even during the holidays. Therefore, Pikitup encourages residents and businesses to co-operate by ensuring their wheelie bins are ready for collection on these holidays:
Human Rights Day, observed on March 21;
Good Friday, falling on March 29;
Family Day, celebrated on April 1.
