2 women reported missing after Eikenhof farm attack
It is suspected the two women were taken by the suspects after they allegedly forcibly gained entry to the property, stealing various items and two vehicles.
Two women, aged 52 and 82, have been reported missing following a farm attack in Eikenhof.
The incident is believed to have occurred at a property on Caymen Road near an estate between 22:00 on October 25 and 04:00 on October 26.
According to private investigator Mike Bolhuis, a property’s fence was cut and the house’s security gate was broken.
“The house was ransacked and two vehicles allegedly were stolen”
Bolhuis indicates that one of the stolen vehicles was recovered at a car wash in Thokoza early on October 26. The second vehicle, a metallic green Isuzu double cab LDV with registration CB 01 WR GP, is still missing.

“We suspect that the two women have been taken by the suspects. No ransom demands or other communication have been made by the suspects or the victims at this time,” Bolhuis said.
The missing persons are described as Hester Flemming, a 52-year-old woman who is 1.6 meters tall and very slim, and Cecilia Johanna Flemming, an 82-year-old woman who is also 1.6 meters tall and very slim.
Numerous specialist task teams have been deployed in the area to search for the women and the vehicle, says Bolhuis.
“No information about the suspects is known and there are no leads that can be followed. However, we are trying whatever we can and the project has been sent out as well to assist in locating the missing persons,” said Bolhuis.
The community and anyone with information is urged to please come forward to assist the team in recovering the women safely and bringing them back to their families.
