Carnival City November gig guide

An aerial circus performance, electronic dance, gospel, hip-hop and amapiano music are some of the live entertainment you can expect.

November 16: Mr Somatekisi, with rapper and songwriter Big Zulu. The king of energetic beats returns to Carnival City’s Big Top Arena. Doors open at 18:00. The show kicks off at 19:00 sharp. Tickets start from R300 at Computicket.


November 23: Sjava & Ringo Live in Concert featuring. Lwah.m Starring Sjava, known for his soul-stirring vocals, with the legendary musician Ringo Madlingozi, and the talented Lwah Ndlunkulu. At Big Top Arena, Carnival City. Doors open at 19:00. The show starts at 20:00. Tickets start from R400 at Computicket.


November 22 to November 24: Worlds Away. Step into a world of enchantment and adventure with Worlds Away, a circus arts production at the Madi Gras Threatre, Carnival City. Friday show starts at 19:00, Saturday at 13:00 and Sunday at 11:00. Tickets range between R150 and R450 via Webtickets. No under-threes allowed.


November 30: On Bended Knees Live Recording – In spiritual harmony, is a live recording concert bringing international gospel artists together under Carnival City’s Big Top Arena. Doors open at 16:00. Show starts at 17:00. Tickets start from R350 via Webticket.
