Residents of La Rochelle and the surrounding areas can now look forward to a refreshing escape as the Pioneer Park swimming pool, located at the corner of Rosettenville Road and 11th Street, is officially open to the public.
The reopening marks the end of two seasons of repairs and maintenance.

“It is the perfect spot for family fun and an ideal destination for youth and families to spend quality time together,” she said.
Councillor Chame assured visitors that dedicated lifeguards are on duty during operating hours and that the water is cleaned three times a day with proper chemicals.
The swimming pool is closed on Mondays for facility cleaning. Normal operating hours are from 10:00 to 18:00 on Tuesday to Friday and from 9:00 to 17:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
Residents are encouraged to celebrate summer, learn how to swim, and enjoy the pool facilities.
