
Tickets for the second HSBC Cape Town Sevens tournament will go on sale to the public on Friday, July 28.
The prices range from R150 to R250 for a full day’s rugby action.
Sales open at 09:00 through Computicket and at their Shoprite outlets for the second edition of the sell-out tournament, which takes place on Saturday and Sunday, December 10 and 11.
A full seating plan of the stadium with the applicable ticket prices will be available when sales go live.
Hospitality packages are available at R2 995 per person per day (excluding VAT) and 20-person suites (R69 900 per suite per day, excluding VAT) are available from SA Rugby through Mingon van Rooyen at mingonv@sarugby.co.za.
Tickets and travel packages are also available from SA Rugby Travel www.sarugbytravel.co.za and from MEGAPRO, who have Supporters’ packages available. They can be purchased for Saturday only (R1 895 per person, excluding VAT), Sunday only (R2 295 excluding VAT per person) or weekend package (R3 700 per person excluding VAT). SA Rugby meanwhile warned against members of the public being tempted to purchase from any unofficial agencies as tickets and hospitality could not be guaranteed.
The HSBC Cape Town Sevens tournament is the second of ten global destinations that will comprise the 2016-17 HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series.
