People must accept responsibilty
The impact was so hard the dog bleed out instantly and died on the spot.

JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – On Wednesday, May 13, at around 14:15, I reversed my vehicle out of my yard, to go pick up my children from school. I then jumped out of my car to call my dog, Titan, who was outside of the yard because I was about to put him in the vehicle and close the gate. A lady in a white an SUV was in speeding down the road and she ran over my innocent Jack Russell.
The impact was so hard that the dog bleed out instantly and died on the spot. The lady stopped at a stop sign and looked in her rear-view mirror to see what had happened. She saw me trying to flag her down but just drove away with no concern whatsoever.
I thank the Lord as there was an oncoming vehicle, driven by a man had just witnessed the whole incident. He immediately followed the woman to a residence in Mondeor, where she dropped off one of the children she was transporting from school.
He then recorded the conversation as he asked her why she had not stopped when she killed my dog; to which this lady had no remorse as to what had happened.
Accidents happen all the time, but the right thing to do is to acknowledge that you are at fault and take responsibility for your actions. But she behaved like a criminal who needs to be brought to justice for her actions.
A case was opened at Mondeor SAPS.
