END the month on a high yet soothing note at Carnival City’s Mardi Gras Theatre which plays host to the outrageously popular Afrobeats Souls Sessions on the last Sunday of every month from 15h00 to 22h00.

A mature event where friends and couples can connect and enjoy soulful music in an intimate and sophisticated setting, Afrobeats SoulSessions features seasoned DJs such as Wilson B. Nkosi (Metro FM), Thabo Mokwele (Kaya FM), Muzi Nkosi, a local DJ and the event organizer, DJ Sphiwe (formerly from Kaya FM).

They play their favourite songs and reminisce with the crowd, later mingling with the audience. Regularly attracting high profile guests and local celebs, Afrobeats Soul Sessions is a vibrant music event that has continued to grow in popularity since it was introduced.
