Eighteen thrilling rides, 13 dedicated children’s rides, Jump City Trampoline Park, the only authentic underground mine tour in Johannesburg, 12 dining options, multiple retail stores, plus 15 other attractions all set against a gold rush era backdrop.
These are all the reasons the theme park is not only the largest of its kind in South Africa, but it was also voted one of South Africa’s most loved and coolest entertainment destinations too.
Things are a little different now but tickets are available for purchase online. GRC also recommends wearing a buff instead of a mask as it is less likely to come off during a ride keeping you safe throughout your visit.
Billy G re-opened on November 20 and once again main course choices range from succulent cuts of meat at the carvery, a variety of freshly prepared casseroles, curries, and vegetarian offerings to seafood, pasta dishes, wood-fired pizza, and fresh salads. The starters and mains are perfectly complemented by an indulgent assortment of decadent desserts.
