A 29-year-old man was shot and killed on Tuesday evening in Goud Street.
Grieving relatives burst out in tears, consoling each other around his body while police combed the scene.
The murder apparently happened in broad daylight when a man shot the deceased in the back and three more times when he was on the ground.
The shooter sped off.
“The deceased had previously many cases against him, all of them have been finalised at court.
“There were no pending cases against him as he served all his sentences,” Captain Phillemon Khorombi said.
Police are investigating the murder and urge witnesses to come forward.
