Parts of Naledi will be without electricity supply until 11pm

Notice from Eskom.

Parts of Naledi in Soweto will be without electricity supply on Thursday, 15 February 2018 from 08:30 to 23:00. This is a planned electricity outage as Eskom will be upgrading and maintaining the network through the installation of the split metering technology.

In the interest of safety, all electrical appliances should be treated as live at all times during the outage period.

Eskom would like to thank all its customers for their cooperation and we apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused by this planned outage.

The planned electricity outage may not proceed as communicated should circumstances beyond the control of Eskom arise.

For any electricity-related enquiries, customers are requested to call Eskom’s Contact Centre 08600 37566 (24hrs) or text (SMS) their query and account/meter number to 35328 (Elect) or email customerservices@eskom.co.za
