Shoppers were up and about as early as 7 am at Protea Glen Mall to get their shopping in.
The mall continues to experience high volumes of shoppers, it is, however, a manageable volume.
Black Friday has historically been known to be the day retail stores cut their prices in half with limited stock available in order to drive sales up.
Shoppers at Protea Glen Mall have largely been doing grocery shopping for the December holidays and appear to have heeded the call to spend wisely this Black Friday.
