Entity Musiq taking Sowetans by storm

Three awesome Deejays from Soweto

Three Sowetans well known deejay known as Entity Musiq have been making waves in and around Soweto with their musical instruments and deejaying skills that they have taken it to another level in their lives.
The group consists of Reinett ‘Tsiki’Topiya, Sfiso ‘Musica’ Hlongwani and Thabang ‘HouseKulcha Palo.

Entity Musiq have been making waves in Soweto.

The group has been in exisistence since 2015 as ‘Entity Entertainment’ as it was started while they were still in school. and late 2017 they decided to change the name and called it ‘Entity Musiq’.
Topiya explained that at first they called themselves Entity Entertainment but because as one grows up some take different direction in life but the three decided to stick it out and make it happen as they have always believed in themselves.

The crew is known for their amapiano genre.

Hlogwani added that while they were in school they used to create beats using sticks and school tables pretending to be deejays.
They have tried several names so that it stands out from the rest.
They are the producers and deejays in their group and having their first big break as then ‘amapiano’ were not that well known so their first track that opened more doors for them was ‘Ek Soek were they featured EL Maestro and Logic that was then people started knowing about Entity Musiq.

Since 2015 their passion and love for music has been deep.

“We believe that what we have is a gift from God because when we were attending events we were always near deejays and we would watch as they are mixing tracks so we did it ourselves,” said Palo.
What makes them unique is that they are able to play a set as they are three on the decks.
Entity Musiq have been pushing and producing their own tracks and remain humble to the community and their fans.
Entity musiq have produced and released over 500 amapiano tracks were they featured various famous MC’s from ‘Tallastee’, team skorokoro and other well prominent people.
This year they will be hosting their own one man show.
Topiya said what keeps them going is that they accommodate everyone amd most of their time they spend it in studio producing and being versatile.
Recalling their best moments was travelling different provinces, a group of 8 year old children being able to identify us and being humble to everyone out there.
