A 29 year old man arrested for reckless and negligent driving

A 29 year old man was arrested by JMPD Region D officers, after he lost control of his silver grey BMW 1 series and drove through a fence and into a house in Dobsonville Soweto.
He tested 1.26gr on a breatheliser and was arrested.
His reading was more than five times above the legal limit.

He was charged at Dobsonville Police Station for reckless and negligent driving as well as for driving a vehicle whilst under the influence of intoxicating liquor, alternatively driving a vehicle on a public road whist his blood alcohol was above 0.05grm per 100ml of blood.
No one in the house got injured and drunken driver also did not get injured in this accident.
