Another case of robbery and homicide has been opened at the Diepkloof Police Station after a man was found battling for his life in the early house of Sunday 22 September.
Residents from Diepkloof Zone 2 have woken up to yet another armed robbery victim fighting for his life two past Sunday mornings ago.
Sadly, the victim who was found by the people from around the area, passed away while the people watched and just moments after the Police arrived and awaiting the paramedics.
The man was allegedly stabbed during a robbery in the wee hours a few Sunday Mornings ago, and the spokesperson for Diepkloof SAPS, Phephi Matlou-Mteto explained that no arrests have been made just yet, but the case of murder is being investigated.

Matlou-Mteto said, “The men was found dead by the paramedics after losing the battle for his life from stab wounds. We suspect that the perpetrators of this murder were the victims’ brothers, but we are investigating and hoping to make arrests very soon.”
The people who found the man alleged that the man was still alive and kicking in the morning when he was found lying helplessly on the ground trying to shout for help.
The people made haste to call the police and the paramedics but sadly the man’s life slowly slipped from him just before the paramedics could arrive to save him. He was allegedly stabbed and robbed and as a result, he was naked while lying on the ground.
The police are appealing to anyone who may have seen the incident and perhaps what happened to please go forward to report what they have seen so that justice takes its course.
